How accurate is the clause extraction?
Vippy extracts clauses and key terms from uploaded PDFs and Word files, links every finding to the clause text, and marks confidence. Legal reviews the deviations it flags - it never approves or sends anything itself.
Which e-signature does it use?
DocuSign: envelopes are created from the contract, signer order is set, and status comes back by webhook so the executed copy files itself. Other providers are not integrated today.
What's in the playbook?
Your positions per clause type - acceptable ranges, required language, fallbacks from the clause library. The Compliance Checker compares each contract against it and suggests the fallback when a clause deviates.
Can I import contracts we already have?
Yes - bulk upload existing agreements; Vippy extracts the parties, dates, values, renewal terms and clauses, and the renewal calendar and obligations populate from them.
Does it connect to purchasing and sales?
Yes - vendor contracts share counterparties with Purchase & Payables and customer contracts with Sales & POS, so a PO or an invoice can reference its governing agreement.
Is my contract data used to train AI models?
