Honest answers to honest questions
Is it for agile or waterfall teams?
Both, in the same project: backlog, sprints and a kanban board for the agile parts; templates, milestones, WBS, Gantt, baseline and earned value for the waterfall parts. Many client projects use both.
How does the Auto-Assigner choose people?
From HR skill profiles and current load from open assignments and allocations. It proposes an assignee with the reason; you confirm. Nobody at 100% load gets a new P1 without you deciding.
Does Vippy send status reports to clients?
Only if you opt in, and even then it drafts - every Friday at a time you choose - and you review before it goes out. It summarises sprint progress, milestones at risk, budget consumption and open risks.
How does time become an invoice?
Timers and time logs sit on the task with an activity type. After timesheet approval, billable hours flow to an invoice draft in Sales & POS; nothing is billable before approval.
Can I migrate from Jira, Asana or Zoho Projects?
Yes - projects, tasks, sprints and time logs import during onboarding; templates can be built from your existing project structures.
Is my project data used to train AI models?
No. Vippy runs on Anthropic's Claude through Apragya's governed keys; your data is not used for training, and every AI call is metered against your AI Credits.
